Apple Launches Logic Pro X, MainStage 3 and Logic Remote

Musicians and audio mavens can rejoice as Apple recently unveiled a new version of several music related apps today. The updated apps include Logic Pro X, MainStage 3, and Logic Remote. With several new features, those who use the software in their day-to-day routines are likely to enjoy what the new iterations have to offer.


Logic Pro X includes a new drummer feature that’ll play drums along with your song. There’s also a new Flex Pitch feature which helps to easily edit the pitch of an audio recording, and a remote control feature that lets you control Logic Pro via your iPad. One of the other updated apps includes MainStage, which has been updated to version 3. Main Stage 3 is a live performance companion app for Logic Pro; the new version features a fresh, new UI and compatibility with Logic Pro X. Both Logic Pro X and Main Stage 3 will be available today from the Mac App Store for $199.99 and $29.99 respectively. The other app that was released today was Logic Remote for the iPad which is available for free from the iOS App Store.
